Will was born and raised in Monroe, North Carolina and has lived there his whole life. He attended North Carolina State University and received his Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering. After graduating he became an Engineering Intern upon completing the F.E. before joining the SE Engineering team in 2025, with plans to pursue his Professional Engineering license.​
